Welcome to Artyllads, the international platform for promoting and discovering art. By using our services as an artist advertiser, you agree to the following rules and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to post on Artyllads.
- You must be the creator or legal representative of the artworks you promote.
2. Content Guidelines
- Only original visual art may be listed (e.g., paintings, drawings, sculpture, photography, digital art).
- All content must be respectful and appropriate. No nudity, hate speech, violence, or politically sensitive material will be tolerated.
- You may not upload AI-generated artwork unless clearly labeled and in compliance with platform rules.
3. Copyright and Authenticity
- You must hold all rights to the images and descriptions you post.
- Listings found to violate copyright laws or misrepresent the artwork will be removed without notice.
4. No Direct Sales
- Artyllads is a classifieds platform only. We do not process transactions or act as an intermediary.
- You may include contact information or a website link in your profile for buyers to reach you directly.
5. Listing Rules
- Do not post the same artwork multiple times.
- Do not post fake or misleading information.
- Keep your listing clear, professional, and focused on the art.
6. Account Conduct
- You are responsible for your account and its security.
- Any attempt to spam, scam, or manipulate the platform will result in suspension.
7. Moderation and Removal
- Artyllads reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing or account at its discretion, especially if it violates these terms.
8. Updates
- These terms may change at any time. Artists will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice.
